All orders are being shipped within 3-5 business days. In case of any delays, you will be informed as soon as possible. The shipping costs for deliveries in Greece are fixed and you can find them during the checkout process. We do not ship internationally. 

About Returns and cancellations

Elysian Canvas offers a 30-day return period in wich the product can be returned and then you get your money back after it has been found that the product is in perfect condition.The costs of the return are borne by the sender of the goods, i.e. the customer.

You may modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by replying to the order confirmation email or by our contact form  .After this period, cancellations are subject to a variable fee, covering handling processes like printing.

Elysian Canvas offers lifetime product warrant wich includes any damage is done to the product during the delivery processand any defect appears in the product without external intervention
